How to know you have arrived...
In an assessment I conducted a few weeks ago, I learned the secret of success...
When asked what being successful meant to him, he answered, "To not live in poverty. To get financially stable. To be able to buy a 40 ounce beer when I want one without having to beg two bucks off of someone."
I must be a success, because that is something I am capable of doing. :)

That is funny...Yeah..I guess that IS what it means. :)
I know I write about the mail man all the time, but he really is amazing. So I asked him the "secret"-- how can a guy who's worked for the postal service for 30+ years be so incredibly happy every day. He said
"Play the cards you were dealt" and
"take a chance on anything that comes down the road."
You should always smile, it makes people think you are up to something. :)
