I had to turn around to get this one, but worth it...
I think it is a female Rough-legged Hawk, but I'm not 100% sure...

DAng, I didn't notice the big white spot in lower left...I will have to fix that...
Beautiful bird pictures, but I have to ask.........does this fascination with birds have anything to do with the fact that we wouldn't let you have a bird when you were little because your grandma is deathly afraid of them???
No...I have just been trying to get better at wildlife photography and birds are the most plentiful subjects... :)

Thanks...I was so happy it turned out well...it was with my new telescopic lens that I got on Ebay for less than $90... :)
