If you are riding in a taxi, and fall asleep, and the taxi takes you somewhere you don't want to go, it is the incorrect response to take your cell phone and beat the taxi cab driver...Just clarifying...

It is an evaluation I am doing for the courts...happened in another state...

Why did the taxi cab driver keep driving? lol Wouldn't you at least check with your customer to see where they wanted to go? lol
